My wife has given the wedding gown - this business hasn’t returned it and there place of business location seems to be shut down? We are considering suing this business. Tired of the lies and unanswered phone calls - it’s been almost three months.
We have been trying to get an order picked up for almost THREE weeks and are still having trouble getting ahold of them. I’ve spoken to the owner about two or three times, he’s tried to reassure me that we would get it as soon as they opened up but he will not pick up my calls or text back after he went out of his way to give me his personal number. They picked up my wedding dress on Sept, 13th and when I went by to check status on Oct 27th, I see a sign on door they are locked out again (this has happened before). No one answers the phone. Sean’s (owner) cell phone mailbox is full & now I have no idea if I will ever see my wedding dress again! But they didn’t hesitate to charge my card up front! I have had trouble with their cleaning before but they did correct so I was hopeful in giving them another chance… I just pray somehow I’m able to get my wedding dress back!
