They are horrible. Residents have to file insurance claims with their renters insurance because they refuse to fix leaky AC units that are flooding multiple residents apartments. They didn’t even offer to provide a wet vac to soak up all this water. It’s horrible. Pay rent every month and have to come to a wet floor is insane. But let you don’t pay your rent and they ready to evict. I’m reaching g out to wavy tv 10 because something has to be done. Dealing with this over a month is unacceptable.
Just moved in and I'm very pleased with everything. The staff was amazing during the process. Angela is great at what she does.
