I am writing this review months after my father's death in August 2011. I wanted to be sure I did not cloud the issue with my new grief. The director greeted us sporting unprofessional attire in wrinkled khaki pants and a short-sleeved golf polo shirt. He directed us to a round table in the main lobby; offering us no privacy. The doors in the lobby had fingerprint smudges and the window sills next to the table were covered in cobwebs with various decomposing insects and spiders.
