Recommended by Andrew at Toyolex next door. Had a rear tire losing air like crazy and needed to get it urgently diagnosed. Called Bernard, said to bring it in. They immediately lifted the car, took the tire off and found the nail which looked like a wedged rock. Relieved to have this resolved quickly and affordably.
I accidentally overpaid by 20 dollars cause 2 were stuck together and the fact when u didnt say anything when i ask for change u act like i gave u 80$ and even tipped u 5$ i came back 15 to 20 mins after i got a tire when i realized i overpayed u. I got there at 450 pm and u were closed i will contact u in the am . terrible service absolutely horrendous demeanor working to fast and dropped my wheel onto another set i had there and completely destroyed the face of the wheel chipped and stripped the paint then denied and refused a discount or even a little Courtesy for dropping the wheel also used profanity when i stayed calm asking for a little bit of compensation for the damages they have caused
If I could give zero stars I would. Donovan was extremely rude. Yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot. When I asked him to not yell at me, he said “This is how I talk.” Terrible. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and gave me a bad tire. Definitely not worth it. Will never come back.
