If I could give -0 stars I would. We constructed our home through Cunic. They are all smiles and kind before signing the contract but then it's all down hill from there. If there is 1 thing you take from this, DONT build with Cunic Homes. Our home had pages long defects including the brickwork not being compliant. They also contracted out mostly everything to other construction companies who were in our opinion no way competent in building. They were terrible with communication which lead to numerous mistakes (eg.tiling). We... read more
