Called for a quote for a commercial AC quote. They sent someone out and we talked about the system. He gave a 3rd opinion about the current unit being unfixable. This was already known and understood. They were supposed to send us a quote and instead sent us a bill for a service call totaling a $100. Don't even try to get a quote from them.
