I have have been living in Cunat apartments since 2018 between Willow brook in Woodstock and now currently residing at walnut ridge in Woodstock. All I can say is I can’t wait till this lease is over!!!! This company feeds off nickle and diming their renters to the point they just can’t afford to live there.. between raising rent every single year with out question to charging 7 dollars for one blind to be replaced!! In November my son was diagnosed with aplastic anemia a life threatening illness. He needed a bone marrow transplant to survive. No one matched in the national database but thankfully I did. While donating bone marrow to save my son I was illegally fired from my job, documented by a judges decision on the matter. Terrible construction. The floors creak, I hear everything from my neighbors. Every time my neighbors walk my walls vibrate and my wall hangings move. The drain in the crawl space stinks, even after they capped it. Super disappointed with my rental!
