I’d give them a negative star if I could, what’s the point of having a parts phone number if they never pick up, and don’t give me that BS “it’s because we’re busy” that’s false. I go inside the parts department almost every other day and it’s empty half the time. they simply can’t pick up a phone and it’s ridiculous

Marco the service manager, Socorro & Oscar in service, Triston in the parts department all went above and beyond to research and track down a difficult-to-find part for our equipment.
