I’d give them a negative star if I could, what’s the point of having a parts phone number if they never pick up, and don’t give me that BS “it’s because we’re busy” that’s false. I go inside the parts department almost every other day and it’s empty half the time. they simply can’t pick up a phone and it’s ridiculous

Marco the service manager, Socorro & Oscar in service, Triston in the parts department all went above and beyond to research and track down a difficult-to-find part for our equipment. Our extended warranty on our motorhome sent someone to us for roadside assistance that weren't qualified to work on it and when we became skeptical of their advise I called the Cummins Odessa location and talked to Oscar Ornelas. He went above and beyond what I expected, he had me get pictures and he listened when I told him what was going on, then he got all of his technicians involved in diagnosing our problem, over the phone to my surprise, and as it turned out they were right.
