You cant get anyone at the farmington branch “not allowed to talk to directly” and you just get corporate people or answering service in another country… that you cant understand…. If you walk in they do very little and know very little and hardly stock anything diesel engines at the Farmington hub. But if you want natural gas parts for oil field you might get lucky. Better off going through a major dealer instead of this hub.
Can never reach customer service in Farmington New Mexico...got transfered to Texas, then Albuquerque... Frustrating
Jason was an excellent customer service person! He was so helpful and friendly!
