They got our RV in the next day and fixed the Generator right away! I told them I would love to have it back by Friday since we had a trip planned and they by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

We took our generator to Cummins in Austin because it would not start. They did not communicate well with us in regards to the cost, did not follow through with our requests, and charged us for labor hours in which they did nothing ---- and at $225 per hour that added up. We complained about the lack of transparency and huge bill and they simply did not care. Beware of Cummins. They are not trustworthy and charged us $2k for a simple carburetor replacement!!!
