Outstanding service. I called the Cummins service line a few days before and talked to a service manager who said, “Come on in on Wednesday and we will get you in.” I showed up and Gary, the Service Manager, was dumbfounded and didn’t recall the conversation. Either way, he said, “Let’s get you in” and promptly got my RV in the shop. He and his technicians took care of my issue and more ( a front axle leak) in a few hours and we were down the road. I had an emergency situation with my Cummins Onan generator exhaust pipe while traveling through NC. Nathan accessed the problem and found an expedient solution for repair. He arranged for me to plug in to the electric pedestal to keep my RV cool while waiting for my repair appointment the next morning. Nathan's concern, courtesy and service was above and beyond regular customer service. Most appreciated!
