I have had many vehicles serviced at Cummins locations across the Southeast and Midwest and this is hands down the best to work with. Kevin, Dave, and Amanda on the service side are very attentive and accommodating. Tim at the parts counter always gets the right part quickly. I wish they stocked more parts for same day pickup, but parts are usually available next day though Atlanta distribution so I can usually get by.

We limped to the service center after noon with a loss of power. Not fun when traveling the surrounding mountains! We were greeted by Dave who promptly did a quick assessment and checked with his team as we parked the coach. He said they would do a diagnostic in the morning and go from there. True to their word, they checked it out in the morning while we were out for breakfast, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair before noon. Cummins Sales & Service of Spartanburg SC do great job in making us comfortable while servicing our Coach. Amanda Service Mgr, welcomed our two Yorkies. DJ, (Service Tech) did a great job, i waited two hundred miles before posting what a great place to stop for repairs.....Veronica worked on parts two days before our arrival... Dave kept us informed while waiting.....Wade's is a great place to eat....
