I had a terrible experience with Jen in the front office, though she later said her name was Jade. Either way, I came in to get some information before making my purchase. She was unpleasant from the start. I did not get what I needed. Good customer service goes a long way.
Bad service the moment I walked in, very incompetent when asking Ms Jen questions about warranty! Very reluctant to answer! Had to ask for mgr several times! Ms Jen got very upset! Mgr Jessie assisted & completed task (4/28/26) while Ms Jen pacing back & forth made threats several times saying she's going to kick my ass! Why? Mgr Jessie had to tell her, I'm a customer, calm down & to go somewhere!
