Buyer Beware!!!!! I purchased a radiator from here and it was defective. After returning the radiator the next day, they wouldn't honor the warranty policy. They said I had to purchase a new radiator and wait for their technician to test it to make sure it was defective. Let me add that the technician was conveniently off of work for 3 days. Fast forward 4 days later, I was emailed photos of a old beat up radiator that clearly wasn't the one I returned by Kathryn the manager who also doubles as a 1-800 radiator rep. She said... read more
This company sells faulty equipment and do not adhere to their warranties. Brought a defective product and returned it. They kept the product and money. Buyer beware!!!!!!
