I bought 150 rootstocks from Cummins... 75 b118 and 75 ofx97 pears... thus far(may 20) I have 26 b118 that have survived... the pears are marginally better.... research the forums before buying... Steve has sent me a few hateful emails blaming me for the problems... even the ones that have survived are much weaker than any I've received before from other nurseries.. Steve's last words to me "we aren't Walmart we don't refund just anything" DO YOUR RESEARCH

I have to say that you guys made my first round of apple grafting so easy and your customer service is beyond top notch. And to top it off you guys squeezed in 4 rootstocks spur of the moment for me, words can’t say enough about the service that is given to customers.
I ordered apple trees from 2 outfits, Cummins being one, and was far more impressed by the caliber of the apples they shipped. In the case of one of the trees I bought from Stark Bros, before I found Cummins, I paid extra for a so-called superior tree, yet it was by fair the smallest with the least developed rootstock. What arrived from Cummins, however, looked vigorous and healthy. They were worth every penny and I look forward to next season's order!!!
Ordered 3 trees, 1 apple and 2 cherry trees. When I ordered the cherry trees the inventory showed 90 plus trees for each variety. Got an e-mail several days ago saying due to an inventory error both cherry trees were unavailable. There is no way I will get those varieties or comparable this late in the ordering season from another nursery. *** Updated *** Explanation received from Cummins on order error, error was outside of there ability to control. Changing to a 4 star.
I ordered some apple trees through Orange Pippin Trees - the USA branch of the UK fruit database company called Orange Pippin Ltd. I have been using the apple database for many years, so it was quite natural to order from them when I could not find the varieties I wanted on the rootstocks I needed. My trees arrived in Western Washington on March 24th. They were extremely healthy and well packaged - I don't think a single twig was bent, much less broken.
