10/10 Would rent again I paid my rent, never had any issues. Tom and Brandy are nice people and they're good at their jobs.
I rent with Cummins House to Home and Brandy always does a fantastic job. Our ac went out and they had someone out within two hours. They're always professional and are very understanding if something arises and I'm late on my rent.
We've been very pleased leasing from Cummins House to Home.Tom & Brandy have been more than willing to work with us when we were in one of those down times that life throws at you from time to time. Brandy has been "there for us" more than once (we've leased two homes using her Realtor Expertise). I expect that we will use their business acumen in the future.
This company believes in 2nd chances . They have been great to work with and very understanding. If you don't pay your rent , then yes I'm sure they will evict you .
I just wanted to let you guys know Brandy who works at Cummins House to Home did a great job for me, she helped me sell my house in no time and then she helped me find a rental I've known her for years she has always been professional and works for a great company.
My family and I needed a home to rent in NBISD, no other company could help us. Cummins House To Home, got us a home in the NBISD, and the home is perfect! Tom and Brandy are very professional, and very friendly. I love working with them soo much, we are buying a house with them when our lease is done ☺
The only good thing about this property management company is that they don't care much about credit score. The day we moved in the house was dirty. I complained to the management and he told me if i didn't like it i could get out!!! Are you kidding me! Talk about professional. Rats came with the house and fleas came with the rats.
