I get a text or call prior to them coming and they show up. Phil seems to be quite knowledgeable and always seems to know how to address the issue. The motor that is connected to the blower burned out and needed to be replaced. Phil found an off market one that worked for what we needed. Everything is so expensive right now but I don’t think it’s the fault of Cummins. They installed my air conditioner 4 years ago and did a good job with that as well.

Outstanding experience. I was took care of and the service was excellent. Thank you for the portable air conditioners to keep me cool while the thermostat came in. I highly recommend Cummings’s Heat and Air.

I called two different providers because one could come earlier. I forgot to call and cancel Cummings. The man that showed up was very rude and said I’d be getting a bill even though he did nothing more than stand on my porch for 3 mins and gripe. I understand having service fees but he didn’t look at anything. He was mad that he drove all the way across town. In Bartlesville that’s about 5 mins. He did not have to be so hateful. They get 2 stars because the woman who takes the calls was very helpful and pleasant. (Mostly)
