This guy is a massive jerk, and also bad at his job. He is so rude that my family seeks emergency care from an entirely different hospital system, just to avoid him. I live 2 blocks away from the ER where I saw him and I won't even go there anymore, even though we've had great experiences with the rest of the staff there.
