Outstanding service this morning! I had an excellent experience at Cummins Auto in Denton/Sanger today. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. I would like to say great experience. My prayers were answered on a Sunday. I’m grateful for Pete and Heather flexibility with the shop being open and available for my service. Pete was well knowledgeable about the issue concerning my 2011 Chevy Aveo. Clean and friendly environment highly recommended.
These two are genuinely good people. When Pete scanned my car, he realized the problem may be covered by Kia under a warranty i didn't even know was on the car, and went as far as to contact Kia and set it up. Literally all I paid was the affordable diagnostic fee. He could have charged me for the repair but was totally honest about it. Will be referring friends and family moving forward.
