Jeremy Daunt, Maggie, and Cummings in general have been a breath of fresh air for my community/condo association. It would be zero stars if i could. I'm with Marcus. Probably the most HORRIBLY AWFUL customer service in the history of the planet Earth. Susan V. is by far THE WORST at returning phone calls (usually takes a week or more if you are even going to get a return call) and even worse at getting things done. I have been requesting service on the same maintenance issue for almost 3 years now. I pay the same fee as everyone else in this neighborhood, yet due to the lack of outside maintenance, I can not even enjoy any part of my fr... read more
Jeremey Daunt does not keep regular office hours. His voicemail message says he’ll return calls within 48 hours and “he doesen’t call back! Has not produced HOA Financial Reporting fiscal year to date! You can do better for your HOA in property management companies.
Just went there to pay my HOA bill.
