My condo association recently switched to Cummings, and what a difference it has been already! They are easy to contact, commit and follow through on work orders and problems, are friendly and empathetic, and I have had nothing but positive and proactive experiences with Brian and our property manager Danielle. I just had an issue that they addressed quickly and caringly.
Shout out to Cummings Mgmt! They administered my condo's HOA and always did an excellent job of communicating with me, quick response times, and always answered any questions I had. Highly recommend Cummings for your HOA or property mgmt. needs!
Poor management, Diane is not accepting my note from a therapist giving me approval to have an emotional support dog. She's stating I need a letter from a doctor. I'll be selling my place ASAP
I would highly recommend looking for a different property management company. If you have an issue with this company, Diane will probably be cold and mean towards you. Then, she'll bend over backwards to not help you especially if her company is responsible for shelling out money. On 11/16, the Cummings landscaping crew caused my convertible to be literally filled with leaf related dust and debris from their giant leaf blower.
