Very pleased (as usual) with the work from Cummings Plumbing. Water heater broke and they were able to send someone Jason out within a few hours to replace it and haul the old one away. Have always been pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of their workers.

William Patterson reviewed our plans to install a gas line to proposed fireplace and cooktop. He discussed the several options for how it would be done and answered all our questions. William obviously has considerable experience in this area and provided us with a quote for the proposed work. We were very pleased with the quick and professional response from this company.

Josh from Cummings Plumbing cleared a blocked kitchen drain for us. He did a great job, taking the time and effort to do the job right and explaining things along the way. Both he and Vicky (in the office) were very good in keeping us informed about when the work would start. In light of the busy times after Thanksgiving I thought that they went out of their way to get our drain working again. They were a pleasure to deal with.

EXCELLANT Service. Work was dnoe rapidly and left the yard in its original condition. At completion ****** went over what they had done and made sure I knew where the new water lines were located. Maintains the Cummings rep. ***** ****

My issue is not with the work performed, but the incredulously disrespectful way an office employee treated me. In fact I don't think it hyperbole to say she was thuggish. I wrote a letter to the company but didn't receive a reply. I then wrote a letter addressed to the office manager, no reply. Finally I wrote to the President, Kevin Cummings. I received no phone call, no letter, no email! I rechecked the contact information on my letterhead, all correct. The tone of my letter was respectful. I didn't use foul language or w... read more
