Our experience with Cummings Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. From the time we called them with our problem with our leaky garbage disposal until the new one was installed and running was 3 hours ! Sue scheduled us for same day service over the phone and then we were moved up by 4 hours. Professional office staff; returned calls when promised. Technician called with notification of arrival time and arrived at appointed time. Technician very knowledgeable regarding product line, water quality in area, and water needs for the area. Skilled installation and understandable instructions for upkeep and maintenance. Excellent all around. I called at 11:15, & they said they could have someone there between 12:00 & 2:00, which surprised me. The technician came at 12:15 & was very thorough. I had a leak, & he checked all the possible sources. When he found it, he explained what the problem was & what was needed to fix it. He did the repair & it cost exactly what he said it would. Both the person I spoke to on the phone & the technician were courteous & professional, & the work was done quickly & at the quoted price.
Jonathon was out to install a hardstart kit on my A/C. It lowered the start-up amps from 28 to 15.Great job as usual,it will keep the compressor running for a few extra years. Thanks to all at Cummings. Bob K
Was extremely satisfied. They were punctual, gave me options for my problem...They helped me be pro active instead of being reactive....Were willing to speak w//a family member on phone who helps me make decisions. Arrived next morning at appointed did the dual installation of toilets and left bathrooom clean and sanitized. They wore masks too. Very cuterous and honest.
