AVOID AVOID My friend has lived at Cummings Mill apartments in South Berwick for the past 5 years. Let me just start by saying this place is trash both literally and figuratively. Being a retired contractor there are so many issues that maintenance has done so poorly. This company has such a revolving door with management it is almost comedic, during the 5 years I was a tenant at this property there were 4 property managers, so roughly a new property manager each year.
