I'll put it simple: I filed my tax return and expected taxes to me returned 2 weeks later. The day I expected my taxes I called Cummings to make sure everything was okay. On this day they told me they had NOT YET filed my taxes and planned to do it that day. After paying $140 for a simple return you would expect minimum customer service. I would have appreciated a phone call at least. Two weeks is a unreasonable amount of time to wait.Who knows what would've happened had I not called them.
