My realtor was John. I was moving from another state. I had connected with him though a contact. At first, I explained my needs. It felt like he understood, when I visited Balt it was a bunch of 2 star apartments and apartments that were not great. When I asked to keep looking, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Dave and all of the crew are the best in the business.
Agents do not care about the neighborhood where people already live in. I have asked them numerous time to keep people from parking where I have signs posted. An they keep parking in a private spot. So next time I will have people towed. They have their own parking area!!! Extremely disrespectful
The agent was not friendly, but was straightforward about the information for the apartment. The apartment itself was lacking. The stove and refrigerator need replacing. A dirty oven, burner missing and the seal on the refrigerator was not on, rather it fell off and dragged on the floor when the door opened. The apartment was clean and painted, no sign of pests.
