I Signed up for their service because I had kidney surgery. From November 2024 to May 2025, they never trimmed my bushes which was in the $300/month service I signed up for. I even addressed this issue with them and they still did not trim my bushes. They also did not offer to provide a discount after I had to do it myself due to receiving a notice from my HOA.
