Worst customer service EVER! We have stuck it out with this practice although every time you visit you wait a very long time. However, today I went in for my 4:00 appointment. I arrived at 4:05 only to be told that the doctor went home for the day. Needless to say, we will not be using Alpharetta & Cumming Internal Medicine again.
