We rented with Cumming Home Rental for 4 years, 3 in the same house. Our rental was in an upscale neighborhood. We had many things that were unsafe that need to be fixed. A broken handrail on the front stairs and a hole in the deck and rotted stairs. We requested that these repairs be made for months and nothing was done. We asked to get out of our lease one month early and they refused and gave us the hardest time. We highly recommend you rent a property using a different service.
