Disappointing Service and unnecessary overcharging We recently had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with INTEGRA MECHANICAL and AIR and their representatives. When our air conditioner fan stopped working, we called them for servicing. They initially diagnosed the issue was a motor problem and installed and new one. I am absolutely unhappy with this business! Jeff, Chris and Joffery came to do a gas install for me and were very unprofessional I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR BOOK THIS COMPANY they cancelled on me twice and the 3rd time when they actually showed up they did not even complete the work ! i did not pay them and I will be taking my business anywere else DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM COMPANY
