I have had the pleasure of being a guest in Ken and Linda s apartments for the past four months. They are tastefully decorated, very comfortably furnished and quite well equipped. The surrounding area has a local market and both high-end and casual dining options. The tree lined streets provide a great area for walking or a run. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated our stay at your apartments. The atmosphere is very conducive to not only corporate clients, but was also comfortable for us in our time of transition. The tenants are very quiet and considerate of others in the building. I would give less stars were it possible. The apartments are old. They stink. The sinks are loose and ready to fall down. The toilet wobbles and leaks from the base. The bathroom reeks of mold. There is NO hot water. The internet is slow and unreliable. The management is terrible and invasive. The neighbors are loud. The vacuums do NOT work. The decor is 1950s. DO NOT RENT HERE. In summary, TERRIBLE apartment, TERRIBLE owners/management. DO NOT RENT.
I have worked with Cumins Corporate Apartments for several years and have always been happy with the results. They have updated homes with new HD TVs. Their units are conveniently located to local shopping and restaurants. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good furnished apartment home.
