I've been coming here for years and i had never had any problems till now i ask the lady in the front desk that whats going on that my sons appointment was a 10:00am and she said theres one person ahead of you and i asked her why if his appointment was at 10:00am and its almost 11:00am and she just said i dont now and slammed the window while i was still talking to her...
