I want to acknowledge and validate that other people have had wonderful experiences here, however that was not my experience. The staff was polite and friendly and the check-in process was easy and no issues were had. However, this doctor made some extremely dismissive comments throughout my appointment and disregarded my concerns. I did not feel like I was heard or listened to. Dr. Clawson has been my doctor for over 15 years. He has been incredibly kind and listens to me about my various ailments. I have a rare condition that he took seriously from day one and has worked with me to find ways to mitigate the symptoms. I fully trust him and the staff.
Had an appointment scheduled for 3 months and they cancel it the day before letting me know they don't take the insurance. Stated they "just found out". Do NOT recommend.
Dr. Clawsen and his amazing staff define the definition of GREAT healthcare. This practice is exactly what we need more of in this community when it comes to quality service, professionalism and mostly superb healthcare.
