had a really good experience with Cumberland Cars. The staff was friendly, patient, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I appreciated. They were upfront about the vehicle and answered all my questions honestly. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I felt like I got a fair deal on my car.
I worked with Mike and Jay to get into another vehicle on Saturday, April 18, 2026. I’d like to say I’m very pleased with how comfortable both made me feel and neither of them were pushy. I eyeballed a couple and drove a couple. Mike made things happen for me when a couple other lots wouldn’t even look my way. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Mike delivered with this deal. I’m now a proud owner of a 2018 Silverado !!! Thank you for all your help and patience!!! So far I’d say I would return if I needed to.
