I lived here for 6 months in 2015. We did not have any pest or apartment issues in that time (other than occasional rowdy neighbors at the pool). Maintenance was always fast and the office is very responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed size and cost of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment we had. I moved in, in October. After 2weeks I started seeing roaches in the kitchen. I was immediately alarmed so I let the front office know. They said they came and sprayed... here we are 3 weeks later I go into my kitchen turn the light on and there’s roaches by my dishwasher AGAIN. Im so upset and frustrated. I wish I had known there was a pest problem.

Horrible. I applied here, and they will paint a nice and cozy picture about their apartments. They have a restricted list for certain dog breeds- well tell me why when I was escorted towards an empty unit, I see a Pit bull, a full Rock dog and an Alaskan Husky in someone's glass sliding door? I was livid. Then, they got me for my application fee, only for me to have to keep calling up there to see if anyone had ran my application.
