I was at Cumberland towers for 2 years first year was okay but coming towards the end of that first year I ended up having to move out because my neighbors are smoking so much weed so I move to another apartment wherechildren were running around punching holes in the screens which I never got fixedmy neighbors who live upstairs cross from you smoke so much weed that was coming into my apartment constantly they did nothing about it told me to call the police like I'm paying you you should be handling that not me upon my moved... read more
