This condo has always been noisy, but lately it's gotten worse. Some residents now host loud balcony parties with live bands, turning the building into a concert venue. This clearly violates the condo rules, which say balcony noise should not disturb others. This is my home. I live here for peace and quiet, not to be stuck in the middle of someone else's party. Very frustrating.
