My husband and I love it here. We have had zero issues since we moved in Nov. of 2015, and I'm pretty picky because I used to work in Property Management. Love the staff, love our apartment! This is serving as a great place until we are ready for a home. :)
Moved in 2 years ago and paid a reasonable amount for the apartment. Amenities were good, leasing staff was helpful and courteous, maintenance staff was awesome. Fast forward 2 years and the rent has gone up by about 20%, the office staff is desultory at best (they sold the complex to another property management group), and maintenance is ok. Oh, sure, they're apologetic to a fault, but, with the exception of garbage and recycling being picked up at your door, we are paying "competitive pricing" (their words, by mine) for re... read more
Just finished my first year and ready to start my second. I would stay in my apartment now because it's great but I'm about to transfer into a two bedroom! The office staff is great and super friendly, maintenance gets our really quick and fixes everything they can. I had some cracks in my tile and I panicked because I didn't know what happened and everyone explained that as everything settles, it can happen and not to worry � being away from family, I'm glad to have the amazing CPA staff.
