This place is a dump. Office staff to maintenance is horrid. They move people into dirty adty Apts with many issues from appliance not working to unpainted & holes in the walls. Can't believe office staff is leaving reviews as they are the issue to their family members leaving reviews just so they can make themselves and property look great. What a damn joke. If you see reviews from Lejla, Rosie, Priscilla, Shayne, AJ or Anneidra they're all staff or family of staff. The police are constantly in the complex. They have dr... read more
The management team are very bias towards minorities. It’s not a friendly environment to live in. They watch your every move when you are African/ Mexican or any other race. Do not rent from them!

The pool is a privilege. Don’t expect to ever swim in it.
Don’t waste your time, money or breath on this place. I should’ve known from the start that this place was unprofessional and sleazy when they gave me and my roommate a *decent* rate for a 2 bed 1 bath, only to come back (their office was closing, was told to come back next day) THE NEXT MORNING to sign in it and they jacked up the rate another $150. When I applied for a unit on 4/2 for a 4/25 move, Niki said there would be a preferred employer discount of $155. I did not get a lease on the date promised, only 4/11, after requesting it, and did not get a welcome home letter until 4/12, also later than promised and after I had to make a direct request. I lived here for 1 year and was happy the whole time. These apartments are SO nice. the layouts were perfect for me. The finishes were amazing. I got compliments from any friends that came over. I had an upstairs apartment and it was VERY quiet. Just what I wanted. The staff has been so nice. I didn't have too many reasons for interaction with them because it was so peefect here but when I did they were all really nice!! All in all Yes, I would definitely say to move here!
