Giving it one star gives them entirely too much credit. Poor management. They make rules up as they go and enforce the rules to their convenience only. Repairs never get done.
Needs a lot of work on the apartment's and the dead bushes are ugly. This is not a place I would recommend. Repairs aren't done when needed. Won't replace carpet that has been wet in 3 place in the hallway 3 different times.
Maintenance never gets done, office is always closed, and three units in building 6 has had flooding issues
