Called to ask a question and "Ruth" was very formal until I asked my question then acted like my question was not something their patients ask. The must not like customer retention very much. Well im sure they do not care if they lost one more. I do not care for their reply to this post as well. They'll find some excuse to clear themselves of anything. Wish them well though
