I love changing a review! Today I took my step daughter to Cumberland Pediatrics. Maggie was very kind and helpful to her. She also explained procedures thoroughly. This was the best experience I can remember taking a child to the doctor. Something else happened that was very impressive. The young lady at the front desk (the one with the great laugh) told us there was a balance of 80.00 due, when we checked in. I paid it. Madison and Nicole are both the absolute worst, they don't want to hear any symptoms, they want to dismiss you on every concern you have about your child/children as well as just want to push you out the door. They can see your child is sick, but don't want do their job! They are just there for a paycheck! Disgusting!
My son had to go hear and his doctor was very nice and calm and he loved him
Edit. You need to check your records again. Try November 25,2025. CB is his initials. And he was absolutely there for over 4 hours. I’m not going to call and hear a BS story. I’m so glad that I took my special needs son out of there. The way they treated patients and staff is sickening. There’s one nurse that when you call in medicine for your child. I’m so glad that I took my special needs son out of there. The way they treated patients and staff is sickening. There’s one nurse that when you call in medicine for your child. She is the rudest nurse that I’ve ever talked to. Do your self a favor and don’t bring your child here or to any of their locations. You will be sorry. My stepson went recently and it took FOUR HOURS to be seen. That’s crazy. I highly don’t recommend.
