These people care nothing about the people they are to be helping. Getting a form filled out is impossible. 3-4 months of calling and visiting and no form. If you aren't going to fill it out just say so! Quit with the run around. You aren't helping someone with mental health issues when you keep them stressed out trying to get ONE FORM filled out that you said you would do. This is utterly ridiculous.

Staff is rude when you call to try to reschedule an appointment because you are sick. They make it very clear that their time is more important than that of their patients. They need to realize that things beyond our control can come up and make accommodation for that. Having to wait 6 weeks to reschedule is ridiculous! I do like my doctor but, that's all I like about them.
Very rude staff. Telephone system is horrible. Do not return calls. If they do answer the phone, your immediately put on hold only to be disconnected.
Well My first appointment here at the cleveland Hiwassee was quite horrible. what happened i couldn't believe, i had a appointment with a case manager and then had a med appointment with Marian, which when i got out of my case management Marian was mad that they had me come to their appointment first and she told me "Don't you EVER let them do that again!" so apparently cause i had that appointment she was as mad as a Hornet... i couldn't believe how she was acting... so i decided to start scheduling my appointments with cas... read more
Jamie Langle is the rudest person Ive ever met in this field. I wanted to meet with her prior to any session with my son and she refused and hung up on me. I was very polite and was introducing my self and telling her that I wanted to meet with her and refused and kept stating insurance wont pay for it as if that was a concern for and just plain hung up.
They are great caring people that listen to you I feel better when I'm here
