I wish I had bought motor from them. I had a warranty problem with new tohatsu 30 hp and dealer I bought it from couldn't get me in quickly and he was far away. Mech told me their motors come with first 2hrs of break in done. Had mine been done defect would have been caught and corrected. I dropped off Friday worried my boat be gone a month and they called Monday let me know it was fixed and ready for pick up. Not what I expected. I highly recommend Cumberland Marine. We have bought and serviced our emergency rescue boats from them for years. The service and experience is always top notch. The turn around time for repairs is so fast. Its hard to believe anyone would every have a bad review for this company. We refer them to everyone and anyone that is looking for the best inflatable boat company around. Keep up the great work!
I did not get a great deal of feedback as if they are overly busy. Good for them to have the business to keep busy! Despite my company boat being the very same as in their pictures, we will likely go with the company in Annapolis for this repair and next year's fleet of 10x new rigid hulls. Sad as they came recommended directly from Zodiac Milpro.
I began looking for a new outboard motor at the worst possible time. Late 2021 was the middle of the colossal “Supply Chain” pandemic for imported goods. Regardless, I was determined to find a new outboard to repower my boat. Replacing a 1973 Evinrude was my challenge.
