Starting out living here was nice. But on my last lease I signed it agreeing to only pay 6** on my apartment for rent per month. AFTER signing my lease. They randomly raised EVERYBODYS rent to about 65 dollars more than what they were already paying. Meanwhile my neighbors have stuff sitting outside of their apartment for about a month and nothing is being done about it. My water keeps leaking and I was told it was going to be fixed immediately. RecommendedIt's a great place to live. Nice and quite. Children are well behaved. Staff is awesome. Love living here.
Place more priority on towing visitors cars as oppose to making parents control their children. Need to have better parking for visitors or nurses that are coming in checking on patients or parents/relatives. This is not gated for all this hassle and headache that residents are going thru. For all this put some gates up then you know that the only folks that are in here are either visitors or residents.
The staff is awesome and very helpful. The maintenance is very helpful even when they are suppose to be off. Thank you Ken

Really nice management, it looks like they are continuing to improve the complex. The maintenance man is super nice and treats you like family. Glad we chose Cumberland Manor.
