Lights hanging in front office and trash at welcome door that stayed for a week while in processing. Constantly changes rent rates to get the most money possible out of you. Management is poorly dressed and VERY RUDE, It being a fairly new complex is the sole reason the out appearance of complex is up to par. Always have what I need
I moved here April 1st, of 22 I was blessed to get this place, I moved here from Whitehall Arkansas, I love my place I love the space that the apartment has. When everyone was saying bad things about this place I still chose to move here my first experience with management wasn’t that great but has gotten a lots better !!!! I lived there for 6 going on 7 yrs in an income based apartment..... For the past 3 yrs they haven't been able 2 keep a manager!!! The past yr close to 2 the neighbors kids terrorized the apartments and the people who lived there and nothing was done about. They dont answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message since the management change!!!
