The mall is NEVER busy, but they've now sectioned off parking that used to be free and now charge for it. They're trying to bleed customers for all they can get from us. I'm sure the mall will close in the coming years just like Greenbriar mall on the West End, due to falling foot traffic. When I saw that they're making people pay to park, I immediately thought to myself that I won't be going there too much anymore! Lenox Mall doesn't make you pay to park and celebrities shop there.
