Dr Cumberland explained the medical benefits of the procedure clearly and articulately. She accommodated my busy schedule by providing a same day treatment option. She's extremely knowledgeable about dermatology and provided me with a long list of recommendations for aftercare as well as products I could use on my skin after swimming. The prices at the clinic are reasonable and I would recommend Dr Cumberland to anyone with dermatological issues.
Booked weeks in advance and was left waiting an hour with no apology. I finally left without being seen and nobody reached out. I see from other reviews Dr. Cumberland makes a habit of treating other people's time with disdain. Won't be back and will be telling my GP not to refer here.
I got Miradry done in my armpits for hyperhidrosis from Nurse Heather who was so amazing and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure has been successful so far with minimal sweating in my armpits.
Several year ago I had a wonderful experience here. I was struggling with hyperhidrosis my whole life and decided to get the Miradry procedure done here after stopping Botox procedures as they didn't last long enough for me. The staff were exceptional, I remember feeling very comfortable and safe throughout the whole thing. Now that it's been about 4 years since the procedure I want to share that it was life changing!
