I Was sent to the same fox collection agency with a so call debt unpaid. Had to research my own bill to find out that Cumberland Imaging filed the wrong insurance out of two different insurance providers that I own . No billing statement was ever sent, and when I called and asked what the balance was, she said zero. Collections ($27) was sent 4 months from date of service. Not even enough time to get both insurance to pay before sending me to collections INCOMPETENT
I would give this NO stars. My experience is the same as other reviews, I never received a bill, no Medicare EOB was ever generated. I believe this is a fraud case. I spoke several times to some billing agency out of state and they were completely unhelpful, just said my mailing address was no good. FOX collection agency was given my account and they have no trouble with my mailing address. I am going to report this as Medicare Fraud.
