I have lived at Cumberland Homes for almost 9 years and each year it gets worse. The rent is increased every year with absolutely no investment in the property. The apartments are poorly constructed with slanted floors. Window blinds are cheap and break within two weeks. My neighbors had a pet snake that got loose and appeared in my apartment!!!! Had to call the pet police to remove it while my children and I waited in the cold. Management said I could get my paint refreshed after 7 years only to change it to 10 when I asked... read more
Place tells me I’m over income qualified for a rental so I would have to do a market rent apartment. However the one available is for low income only. So you’re telling me you rather the government pay someone’s rent instead of a person paying it all themselves? Makes a lot of sense. WELCOME TO SPRINGFIELD!
I love living at Cumberland Homes. The property is well maintained both inside and out. Management is quick to respond to any concerns & the neighborhood and schools are great. The only downside is the rent increases twice a year.
