I love living at Cumberland Homes. The property is well maintained both inside and out. Management is quick to respond to any concerns & the neighborhood and schools are great. The only downside is the rent increases twice a year.

I lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs. I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance. There's good upgrades in the apartments. There's plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable. My issues were living in the 4th floor (there's no elevator) the rent is too high for that of type floor and be prepared for the bunch of lazy neighbors which don't do anything for their lives hanguing at the parking lot drinking alcohol, smoking weed and listening really load music while the kids were around playin... read more
