They are very easy to work with. Very nice Doctor and secretary out front. She has always tried to help me with what ever problem I had.

Service has been very bad - hearing aid has been sent back to factory twice in less than 3 months. No calls from the hearing center for follow ups. I have to initiate all calls to check on status of repairs, etc. Very disappointed in the entire process.
