Whoever was driving rig 210 leaving st. Mary’s in Rochester really needs to learn how to drive. Crossed three lanes of traffic and almost hit me with my 3 year old in the car from two lanes over. No lights and still going 15-20 mph over the posted speed limit. Horrible
